It’s official!  Harbingers of Light will launch on the Jung Ma server.  Jung Ma is an East Coast PvP-RP server.  We will be a Sith guild at launch.  Even if the game suggests a server for you, be sure to select the right one!  Early invites begin today at 7AM.  I imagine we’ll have several folks in over the next couple of days.  Rumor has it that we need to accumulate the starting credits to create the guild, so save your money!  So, what is Jung Ma? Greetings everyone!

Let us start by saying welcome to all Harbs and any guests we have visiting. As most of you know we have around 18 days till the world wide release of Star Wars the Old Republic. Now, you may ask yourself what does this mean? Well, quite a bit actually!

1. We’ve decided to go with the HoL name as a Sith guild. This gives us ample opportunities to RP our view point of the Sith being correct/good. We are indeed bringing the light of the Empire to the galaxy. Peace, Prosperity, Ambition, Power, Safety, Control….So much to work with.

2. As decided we will be rolling out on an RP-PvP server at launch. This means we can’t use the Guild Deployment on the SWTOR website but we can still make the guild in-game once we reach the capital. Now, as to which server to choose, Ghutz was a brilliant leader in discovering there is actually a solid group of RP-PvP guilds on the main site coordinating launch. I’ve introduced us on the main thread ( http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=582447 ) and have also joined the Frag-World site to better organize.

3. We need to start talking about structure…duh duh duh!!!!! Oh no, did he say structure? Sure did Luke, turn to the dark side by the way, and here’s why. As a guild we’re tight-knit but family oriented and easy going. There is nothing wrong with that but rolling on a PvP server brings a whole new dynamic to our playstyles. Small disorganized guilds usually get eaten alive on PvP servers as the big guilds just stomp around killing everyone. Will this hurt us? I don’t think so, we’re in this for the long haul, but we could easily become a force to be reckoned with on the server.

Requirements? Structure!

We need leadership! We need drive! We need teamwork! We need Cake!…..ahem…..

All in all we need people to step up on recruiting, creating events, running events, organizing the community, helping the lowbies, etc.
